Let him vie for his fame"

The elders found him the next day...

"What more of mettle-born?
You warriors kill, leaving
Love-lost hearts forlorn!"

"But more of eldritch scorn -
A monster creeps, and for
Murder we do mourn..."

"To the quest you are sworn
You will take out this thorn!"


The warcry echoed to the stars!

"With fire and strength of force
The Sacred Winds
Will keep me to my course

By dawn the foetid source
Of evil here
Will flee before my force!"

Over the plains...

With fleet horse and saddled force
The boys and I do beg
The wisdom of wood and weir
To bless our shields and stem our fear
To guide a way to the edge of day
Where terrors lurk in dread
Across the fields of mortal men
To lands where peace and war will come again

[The Troupe]

Ho, good derwydd of the field -
Raise our souls to see
The ways of will and righteous force
That lead us to good deeds!

[The Druid]

The road will be long, but your hearts strong
The power is with you
The blessing I bring from the Earth-Mother
Keeps your steel true

Vessels of Evil will lurk in the darkened woods ahead
But nothing will keep back your force until the beast is dead


Into the deep woods...
Killers in black hoods...

[The Dane]

The dark dale of grim-feared death
Where souls are wont to flee
My brothers ride with fiersome eyes
To quell the demon seed
Savage warriors of the weald
With fury in their pride
We warriors twelve, of gilded breast-plates -
Into hell we ride!


The time has come to ride on out,
Meet the foe - fight friend to fiend
If you want to know what glory is,
Then come and ride with me!

Your people await with their breath bated, praying for your win
So now you must ride to the wilderness - fight for your kin!

Never again shall you rest for all the ill laid on your course
Until you can find and destroy the tormentor with great force...

Nothing will stop me from destroying evil in its prime
The Ways of the Gods and the Ancestors lead me to my win
